Marshall is delighted to confirm that we will be partnering with housebuilder Hill for the first phase of the development, which will include 450 homes, the primary school, local centre and playing fields. Both Marshall and Hill are well aligned in respect of values, ethics and focussing on delivering excellence customer service. Together, we look forward to delivering an outstanding community on Cambridge’s eastern perimeter.

Details of the joint venture can be found here: https://www.hill.co.uk/news/hill-and-marshall-group-properties-join-forces-for-joint-venture-in-cambridge/

Our current expectations are that construction will commence during 2019.
